Kansas City Pork Back Ribs
3 slabs pork back ribs
1 cup bbq sauce
½ cup honey
12-18 Tbsp. Kansas City Grill Seasoning
Pat ribs dry & season generously with rub, using 4-6 Tbsp. per slab.
Grill over indirect heat in a covered grill for 1 ½ - 2 hours.
Turn ribs once during cooking about ½ off the way through.
Make sauce about ½ hour before ribs are done. In a small saucepan over low heat stir BBQ sauce & honey about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Baste ribs with sauce. Then baste again 10 minutes later. Leave on grill at least 10 more minutes.
Ribs are done when meat is tender.
