Chicken Seasoned Gravy

¼ cup chopped onion

4 Tbsp. vegetable oil

7 Tbsp. flour

3 cups water

1-2 tsp. World Famous Chicken Seasoning

Sauté onion in oil until tender.

Turn heat to med-low and whisk flour into hot oil, adding 2 Tbsp. at a time until smooth.

Add water 1 cup at a time, whisking briefly until smooth.

Add World Famous Chicken Seasoning to taste.
