Garlic Lovers Beef
4 lbs lean steak cut into 1” cubes
2 Tbsp. Butcher Block Garlic Lovers
2 Bay Leaves
1 large onion sliced into rings
10 large black olives
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
⅓ cup olive oil
Preheat oven to 325° F
Toss meat with Butcher Block Garlic Lovers
In a 3 quart glass baking dish layer meat, bay leaves, onion slices, and black olives
Pour tomatoes evenly over the top and then do the same with the olive oil.
Cover and bake for 3 ½ hours, stirring occasionally.
Serve with pasta and crusty bread to absorb sauce!
