Garlic Humus Dip

 

1 (15 ½ ounce) can chickpeas (also called Garbanzo beans), drained

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

1 tsp. lemon juice

½ tsp. salt

1 tsp. Butcher Block Garlic Lovers

 

Mash chickpeas in a small bowl or blender until smooth.

Add oil and lemon juice and mix well.

Add salt and Butcher Block Garlic Lovers and mix again.

Serve on bagel chips or crackers.
