Blackened Ham Alfredo

 

1 lb. deli sliced ham

3 Tbsp butter

8 ounces heavy whipping cream

salt

1 tsp. Cajun Bayou Black seasoning

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup grated Romano cheese

1 egg yolk

½ lb Alfredo noodles cooked

 

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Add cream, stirring almost constantly

Add a pinch of salt, Cajun Bayou Black seasoning, and both cheeses.

Stir constantly until melted, and then mix in the egg yolk.

Simmer over medium heat 3-5 minutes.

Cut the ham into small pieces.

Top ham with Alfredo noodles and Alfredo sauce.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.
