Sweet Orange Habanero Catfish Nuggets
1½ cups flour
2 Tbsp Sweet Orange Habanero seasoning
8 oz. milk
2 eggs
¾ lb catfish nuggets
2 Tbsp cooking oil
Place catfish nuggets in a large plastic zip lock bag with half of the flour. Close and shake well.
Mix eggs with milk in a large mixing bowl.
Remove nuggets from flour and place them in egg mixture.
Put rest of flour and Sweet Orange Habanero seasoning into the zip lock bag.
Remove nuggets one at a time from egg mixture and coat in flour mixture.
In a large skillet heat the oil until hot.
Fry catfish 4-6 minutes in the hot oil turning until golden brown.
